Over 18 years she has set up companies, raised significant funds and found successful solutions through difficult commercial and regulatory situations. Mal has been an executive director of several SMEs, having started her career with Degussa (pharmaceuticals) in 1989, then joining GlaxoWellcome in 1993 for a period of 5 years. David Haddow - Operations Director David has a PhD and extensive research experience in biomaterials, in particular the development of coatings for cell attachment and release. He has published over 20 articles and has two patents currently being prosecuted. He has experience of materials technology, analysis and cell culture, combined with an understanding of the clinical issues regarding chronic woundcare. David is responsible for managing the implementation of the regulatory strategy and oversees the operational side of the company. Harry Himan - Chief Financial Officer Harry is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with KPMG in 1994. Prior to joining CellTran, Harry worked for nine years at Manheim Europe, the European subsidiary of the US media conglomerate, Cox Enterprises Inc. He held a number of senior finance roles including Group Financial Controller and, latterly, Corporate Development Manager, working on a number of European Business acquisitions and start up opportunities. Harry joined CellTran in August 2007 and is responsible for the company's financial strategy and management of the internal controls. |
