CompanyCellTran was established in 2000 by Professors Sheila MacNeil and Robert Short at the University of Sheffield. These world-renowned researchers have, over a decade of research, brought together the disciplines of wound healing and advanced polymeric materials to create new spheres of activity in tissue regeneration and repair. It is from this collaboration that CellTran has begun to deliver the benefits of scientific advances.CellTran has developed advanced polymer surface technology and has optimised methods for the culture of autologous and allogeneic cells. We are able to clinically deliver these cells in prime condition for the active treatment of burns and chronic wounds. |
